Meredith McCanse is a Guild Certified Feldenkrais Practitioner. She teaches Feldenkrais classes in Manhattan and Brooklyn in both group settings and individual one-on-one lessons. She brings to her practice over 20 years of experience as a dancer, and 6 years of experience as an academic tutor. Through the Feldenkrais Method, which works through movement and awareness, she will help you learn to move with more freedom and less discomfort.
